Her areas of practice interest include: dermatology, internal medicine, toxicology, preventative medicine, dentistry, pain management, and physical rehabilitation.

    Office Manager

    Heather has always loved animals, but has a huge passion for cats and birds. She grew up in St. Paul, Minnesota and graduated from the Medical Institute of MN with an AAS in Veterinary Technology in 1997. She then spent 16 years as a Certified Veterinary Technician in an exotic animal practice in the cities. When she moved to Wisconsin she spent two years as a CVT before she started teaching future CVT’s at Globe University here in Eau Claire for another two years. In her limited free time, she enjoys weekends at her cabin, crafting, photography and spending time with friends and her husband, Frank. Heather also has two very spoiled cats, Harley who is five and Chevy who is three, an eight year old bearded dragon named spike, and a tank full of fish.

    Hannah grew up in Ladysmith, Wisconsin where she discovered her love for animals on her parent’s hobby farm as well as volunteering at the local animal shelter. She has raised and cared for a number of animals including: cows, sheep, chickens, dogs, cats, and an array of exotic pets. She then moved to Eau Claire to attend Chippewa Velley Technical College, where she graduated with honors and an Associate’s Degree in Administration with an emphasis in health care. In Hannah’s free time, she enjoys traveling, crocheting and spending time with friends and family. Her most favorite thing of all is spending time with her grandpa.

    Jennet is originally from Long Island, New York, but relocated to the Eau Claire area in 2002. She graduated from Globe University with an Associate’s Degree in Applied Animal Science and then passed her VTNE in 2015, officially making her a Certified Veterinary Technician. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her husband, family, and friends. She also enjoys hiking, photography, and mushing with her four Siberian Huskies: Embry (10), Zoey (9), Ares (7), and Murdock (1). In addition, she has a Yorkie named Abby (7) and three cats named Ash (10), Oliver (6), and Leo (4).

    As a child, Erin grew up on a farm in Loyal, Wisconsin. She graduated from Globe University with an Associate’s degree in Veterinary Technology. Afterwards, she continued her education at the University of Wisconsin – River Falls, receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science. Erin enjoys reading, playing video games, and going for walks with her dog, Sierra, who is 11 years old. She also has four cats: Winterfel (13), Molly (14), Honey (3), and Arya (3) - as well as a 3 year old pet snake named Murphy.

     Sarah has lived in Menomonie, Wisconsin her entire life, and has had an interest in animals since before she can remember. She attended the University of Wisconsin – River Falls and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science and a Veterinary Technologist emphasis. She then attended Argosy University where she received her Associate’s Degree as a Veterinary Technician. In her free time, Sarah enjoys being outside camping and horseback riding. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially her two sons, Rayden who is four and Jaxton who is one. She also has two cats, Lizzy (14) and Melody (12) and two dogs, Kit Kat (8), and Bucky (9).

    Anna was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago where she always knew she wanted to work with animals. She attended the Veterinary Technician Institute at Fox Collage in Illinois and graduated with an Associate’s Degree. Anna loves all things cooking! She likes to spend most of her free time in the kitchen as well as binge watching cooking shows, specifically Hell’s Kitchen. In the summers, she enjoys being outside, going to the lake, boating, and camping. She also loves to spend time with her Australian Cattle dog, Hendrix, who is six and a half years old.

    Stephanie has loved helping animals for as long as she can remember. She grew up in the Eau Claire area and has had a number of pets throughout her life, such as: horses, chickens, dogs, cats, ferrets, and rabbits. She graduated from Globe/Broadview University in 2017 with an Associate’s Degree in Applied Animal Science. She then passed her VTNE in April of 2018. In her free time, she enjoys photography, crafting, attending concerts, and spending time with her husband and children. Steph also has quite a few pets, four dogs: Jennah – 10 year old Aussie, Duke – 8 year old Aussie mix, Milah – 2 year old German Shepherd, and Harley – 1 year old German Shepherd as well as five cats: Tyson (7), Toby (3), Aspen (2), Maxwell (1), and Elliot (1).

    Constance was born and raised in the Chicago area and in high school moved to Wisconsin. As a child, she loved and cared for a number of animals including mice, hamsters, rabbits, guinea pigs, turtles, frogs, fish, birds, and cats. She graduated from Globe University with an Associate’s Degree in Applied Animal Science. Constance then started bathing part-time at PetSmart while also working at a clinic when she decided to go to the Grooming Academy. She loves spending time with her boyfriend and their new baby, Avery. She also enjoys attending family gatherings, scrapbooking, taking naps, and photography. Constance also has a dog, Charlie, a 7 year old Mini Aussie, and two cats at home: Chibs (3) and Domino (10).

    Kaitlyn is originally from Clear Lake, Wisconsin where she grew up surrounded by animals. She attended the Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College to become a Medical Administrative Professional, but decided her heart was in the veterinary field instead. She will be taking online courses to help her toward becoming a Certified Veterinary Technician. Kaitlyn spends all of her free time at home with her boyfriend and their son Jensen. She also enjoys running, weight lifting, decorating, and cooking. She currently does not have any pets of her own, but gives love to her mother’s dog, Ava, as well as all of our patients.

    Client Service Representative

    Kortney grew up in Fall Creek, Wisconsin, but spent the majority of her time on her grandmother’s farm in Fairchild, Wisconsin. There she raised and cared for all kinds of animals including mallards, deer, cattle, horses, turtles, and of course dogs and cats. In her free time, she enjoys playing board games, traveling, and camping. She also enjoys spending time at the dog park with her dog, Hershel, a three year old Boston Terrier.

    Client Service Representative

    Mikayla grew up in the small town of poplar, Wisconsin where she lived on a 40 acre hobby farm. She also showed all kinds of animals in 4-H, such as: dogs, cats, rabbits, and horses. After high school, she attended WITC – Superior for Business Management and graduated with high honors. Mikayla has worked at many jobs revolving around her love for animals, such as: A Place for Fido, Blue Sky Rabbitry, and a boarding facility in Superior. In her free time she enjoys hiking, going on road trips, and working with her dogs on obedience and agility training. She currently has two animals: Charlie, a two year old Pembroke Welsh Corgi, and Ginger, a nine year old cat.

    Animal Caretaker

    Anna was born and raised here in Eau Claire and has been around animals her entire life. She is currently enrolled at the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire, but will be perusing dog training in the fall. Anna enjoys spending time with friends, painting, watching movies, and napping. She currently is not able to have pets where she lives, but is bound and determined to be able to adopt a dog within the next year!

    Animal Caretaker

    Martha grew up alongside dogs and cats and has always loved having them as companions. She is currently attending the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire, majoring in Biology. Her goal, ultimately, is to become a Veterinarian. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outside with her pets, camping, and boating. Martha currently has two dogs and three cats: Mickey (5 year old beagle mix), Cloe (10 year old collie), Lizzy (8 year old black cat), Chester (6 year old black cat), and Tigger (ten year old tabby).  

  • Porter - Clinic Cat

    Porter has been with us since December of 2016 and is about eight years old. He mostly likes to hang out in the back and supervise the technicians and doctors. If he makes his way up front he is probably lurking behind bags of food or perched on the reception desk. He is VERY friendly and loves all kinds of attention. 

  • Orangey - Clinic Cat

    Orangey has been one of our beloved clinic cats since February of 2019 and is about ten years old and was recently been diagnosed with diabetes. He was then surrendered to us and our staff fell in love with him instantly. Orangey is a very mellow guy that enjoys lounging in the middle of the hallways and finding new places to explore. 

  • Thomas - Clinic Cat

    Thomas is one of the most affectionate cats you will find. Sit in our lobby and Thomas is bound to be in your lap giving you BIG HUGS, whether you are a cat person or not. He is very demanding. Tommy is 18 years old and joined our team 2005.

  • Sam - Clinic Cat
    Sam 1995 - 2012, Our long time clinic cat and friend sadly passed away in November 2012. He joined our staff in 1997 and has supervised all the comings and goings ever since. He will be missed but not forgotten.
