We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), Apple Pay, checks (with a valid Wisconsin driver's license), and cash. All payments made with a credit card will have a 3% surcharge applied at check out. This will not be reflected on estimates given in the exam room.

Pet Insurance- Pet insurance is a policy purchased by a pet owner to offset the overall cost of their pet's medical bills. Pet insurances can be used along with any of the other payment options listed above, however, full payment is due at time of service. After your visit, you will file a claim with your pet insurance company who will then reach out to our office for further information. Your pet insurance will then reimburse you after your claim has been approved.
